Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, begin your scenic drive to Kalimpong (approx. 3 hours). Located along the historic Silk Route at an altitude of about 1,250 meters, Kalimpong welcomes you with lush green hills and beautiful views of the Teesta River flowing through the valley.
En route, make a short stop at Sevoke Kali Temple, nestled beside the Teesta River, to seek blessings before entering the winding Himalayan roads. Continue the drive through picturesque landscapes and mountain villages.
On arrival in Kalimpong, check in to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or explore the local market, known for handicrafts and souvenirs.

After breakfast, head out for a full-day sightseeing tour of Kalimpong. Visit Durpin Hill and the peaceful Zang Dhok Palri Monastery, offering panoramic views of the town, valleys, and distant Himalayan peaks.
