Package Highlights
Arrive at NJP or Bagdogra Airport and drive (~160 km / 8 hours) to Uttarey, the starting point of your trek. Check into a lodge or homestay and enjoy the serene mountain surroundings. Overnight stay at Uttarey.
Begin trekking through forests and trails leading to Chitrey (~8 km / 4–5 hours). Enjoy the peaceful Himalayan environment and views of distant peaks. Overnight camping at Chitrey.
Trek across scenic alpine meadows and high ridges. Pass through Chewabhanjang to reach Gairi, then continue to Dhor via Sukhadhap (~14 km + 9 km / 7–8 hours). Capture panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and settle into camp for overnight stay.
Early morning hike to Danphebir Pass (~4000 m / 13,120 ft) and explore nearby alpine lakes. Enjoy spectacular sunrise over the Himalayas. Descend to Lampokhri or back toward Uttarey for the end of the trek (~10 km / 5–6 hours). Drive back to NJP or Bagdogra if required.
