Your journey begins with an early morning drive from NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport towards West Sikkim. Passing through scenic towns like Darap and Pelling, you reach Melliaching Gompa, a peaceful monastery surrounded by forested hills. From here, a short and easy trek leads to Pangreytar, where your campsite awaits amidst serene natural surroundings.

After breakfast, the trek gradually ascends through thick forests and open clearings. The trail passes through Goru Jurey, offering beautiful viewpoints and quiet rest spots. By afternoon, you reach Bhanjyang, a scenic campsite perched on a ridge with wide mountain views.

Descend gradually through forest trails and mountain paths, retracing part of the route to Bhanjyang before heading towards Lamathang. The trek concludes near the revered Khecheopalri Monastery, one of Sikkim’s most sacred sites, known for its tranquil lake and spiritual atmosphere.
Overnight: Trekkers’ hut or lodge near Khecheopalri
After breakfast, drive back to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport. Travelers with extra time may opt for a short transfer to Pelling for sightseeing before departure.
